City of Tulare: Fire Stations 61 + 62- Remodel

Remodel and addition to existing Fire Stations 61 and Headquarters, consisting of Administration offices, conference room, 3-bay double deep apparatus garage, individual sleeping quarters, day room, kitchen, restroom and laundry facilities. Included, the construction of a new Training Center comprised of an office, weight room, Training Classroom to seat 50 students, restroom facilities, and small kitchen. Additionally, the remodel and addition to existing Fire Station 62 involving necessary seismic upgrades and redesigned layout to accommodate offices, individual sleeping quarters, kitchen, dayroom, laundry facilities, and an extended 2-bay apparatus garage.
