VUSD El Diamante School Swimming Pool Complex

CMCS was hired to manage the construction of a new high school pool complex. The project was built per the National Federation of State High School Associates standards to provide a venue for competitive swimming and water polo matches. The building structures included:

• Restrooms

• Concession facilities

• Coach's office

• Storage room

• Mechanical room

Part of the site development was the construction of the seating with covered shade structure, sports lighting, public address system and outdoor shower areas. CMCS provided full construction management services which included all pre-construction, construction and post-construction activities. CMCS took lead in coordinating with the local utility companies to reroute all major utilities that were in conflict with the excavation areas.
