Tulare Parks and Community Services: Mulcahy Park

Mulcahy Park is a recreational facility consisting of new sports turf and irrigation system with over 100 new trees, concrete walking trails, a shaded tot lot and splash pad, 2 new picnic arbors, site lighting and a new restroom.
