City of Coalinga: New 3 MG Palmer Ave Reservoir

Coalinga, CA, USA

Construction of a 3 million gallon above ground water reservoir with associated piping and valves to allow the existing Palmer Reservoir to be taken out of service as well as operating in parallel with the new reservoir. The new reservoir is 44 feet tall and 113 feet in diameter. The project included 700 feet of buried underground water pipes ranging in size from 18-30 inches. The reservoir had a 4 foot foundation ring installed.
