President / Principal-In-Charge

(559) 735-9556

In 2002, Monique started CM Construction Services, Inc. to provide professional construction management to public entities. Working in predominantly underserved communities required CMCS to become integrated in the community.

This gave CMCS the experience to engage in timely and open communication at both the administrative and community levels. Monique is a student of the industry and her passion is reflected in the attention her clients receive from the CMCS organization.

Monique holds a degree in economics and mechanical engineer from Columbia University and earned her Engineer‐in‐Training Certificate. Monique spent the first ten years of her career working as a consulting engineer designing such diverse projects as the mechanical systems for Boeing C‐17 hangars, sewage treatment plants at Camp Pendleton and Point Loma, prison industries for the California Department of Corrections, mechanical upgrades at Disneyland and mechanical systems for hospitals and the newspaper industry.

In 1991, Ms. Miron was hired by the United States Navy as an engineer to design mechanical systems for base support facilities in Rota, Spain. Monique moved into the construction field in 1998 in the Central Valley of California. Working first for a Fortune 500 production home builder as a Site Superintendent and then as a Project Manager for a large public entity construction management firm. During this time, Monique earned her General Building and General Engineering licenses.
